Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Carriers: We ship via trusted couriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Orders over $75 (within the US) ship for FREE.

    • Orders under $75 have a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.50.

  • Processing Time: Our items are handmade with quality as our top priority. We always aim to ship as fast as possible, but please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Your patience is greatly appreciated!"

  • Local Pickup: Currently unavailable

 
International Shipping

  • Taxes and Fees: Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees associated with shipping and customs in their country. These costs are not included in our shipping rates.

  • Handmade with Care: All our products are handmade. Please allow for processing time before your order ships. International shipping times can vary. We appreciate your patience.

  • Limited Destinations: We ship to a limited number of destinations worldwide, and shipping rates vary depending on the destination. If your country is not currently available for shipment, please contact us for assistance.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

It is my pleasure to offer wholesale pricing when ordering 10 or more of any particular item. Because AcuArtistry items are always handmade and quantity orders can be time consuming, please order ahead when possible. The amount of the discount will be based on the number and type of items ordered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Standard designs may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in new condition, and the customer pays to ship. Returns are accepted on custom orders and gold items at the seller's discretion.
